Art Space Studio is a versatile space available for hire for any art or art related workshops or classes. Or community Meetings, workshops or Groups. We at Art Space Mitchelton want to a create a vibrant community that encourages all to participate in the arts weather that is painting, dance, theatre, debate clubs, or social clubs such as mahjong, chess or community choirs.
Casual rates to hire Art Space Mitchelton Studio are as follows:
Hourly $35, 1/2 day (3-4hrs) $110, Full Day (6-7hrs) $170 *note no additional charges for Sunday Hire.
Discounts apply for more regular hire – please speak with Sheree to discuss.
Our Brookside studio is conveniently located within Brookside Shopping Centre, with lots of natural light, Airconditioning and a toilet just down the hall. Our Space is private, relaxe3d and inviting. With 120m2 of open space and multiple table and seating arrangements – we can also remove tables and chairs if they are not required. You will find Art Space Mitchelton to be welcoming and accommodating to all.
Our studio is available for hire when we are not running our own sessions and we are also able to operate outside of standard Shopping Centre hours as we have our own external access. Our studio is perfect for studio work, workshops, training events and meetings.
The studio has a small fridge, kettle and a kitchen sink for cleaning up, with a toilet just out in the hallway. We also partner with various food outlets throughout the Centre to offer a wide range of catering options for your event.

Allied Health, OT or Counselling Space for Hire
Art Space Mitchelton is the perfect private space to offer a variety of Allied Health Services.
Our studio is private and comfortable. We have various timeslots available throughout the day – Monday to Friday.
Or if you are wanting something more permanent, we are able to offer 1/2 or full day hire.
We have a reception area, office, couch and studio space.
ArtSpace Mitchelton currently offers NDIS Programs and would love the addition of art therapy, OT or Counseling services.
If you are interested in a permanent solution, please speak to Sheree regarding subleasing options with reduced rates.
